I am developing an interactive photo album system that will make it possible to see interesting sub-sets of the over 1600 photos I took during my two weeks in India, without being totally overwhelmed. This is a work in progress. Each of the links below takes you to a particular thematic "view" or "album" of the trip, organized in various different ways. The same photo will often appear in multiple different albums.
I travelled with my parents, who had been in India much longer than I was -- nearly two months when we met. My father's business travel there was the primary motivating force for getting us all to go at this time, though I had always hoped to visit at some point. My father has his own photo album from the trip, in a similar style.
